The short version: this site does not track you and the plugin does not call home. What follows is the detail.
1. This website
There is no analytics, no cookies and no tracking pixels. That is not a statement of intent: the site does not load a single resource from anyone else's server. You can check it in your browser's network tab.
The only thing your browser stores is your language preference, in local storage on your own machine, so we do not ask you twice. It never leaves it.
2. The plugin
The plugin sends no data. There is no telemetry, no usage reporting and no periodic licence check.
The only connection that exists is the initial activation: once, when you enter your licence, your key and an identifier derived from your machine are sent to tie that activation. After that the plugin runs offline indefinitely.
3. The purchase
Purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Payment details are collected and held by Paddle: we never see your card.
From Paddle we receive your email address, the product bought and the country for tax purposes. We use it to issue your licence, to help you if you write, and to meet our accounting obligations.
4. Email
If you write to us we keep the message so we can help you and look up the history if you write again. We do not add your address to any mailing list unless you ask.
5. How long
Licence data, for as long as the licence exists — that is what lets you reactivate on a new machine. Purchase records, for the period the tax law of Colombia requires. Correspondence, for as long as it is useful in helping you.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction, its deletion or a copy in a readable format, by writing to support@zonarisaudio.com. We answer within 30 days at the latest.
Note that deleting your licence data means the plugin cannot be reactivated on a new machine. We will tell you before doing it.
